What is Myngles?

Myngles is a privacy-first social media platform. Unlike other social networks, we don't sell your data or show you ads. Instead, we charge a small subscription fee ($1/month) to keep the lights on. You're the customer, not the product.

How much does Myngles cost?

Myngles+ costs just $1/month or $10/year. Free accounts can browse and view content, but you need Myngles+ to post, comment, react, message friends, and join groups.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and click "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Click the three dots (⋮) on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report". Choose the reason and we'll review it. We take all reports seriously and typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Can I change my username?

Yes! Go to Settings → Profile to update your username. Note that your old username will become available for others to claim.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure password hashing, and never sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored in UK/EU servers and protected under GDPR. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why can't I see certain features?

Some features (posting, commenting, messaging, etc.) require a Myngles+ subscription. If you're already subscribed and still can't access features, try logging out and back in, or contact us below.
